 Terms and Conditions:

At time of booking, an initial deposit of 50% of your total bill will be due. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation falls under 60 days prior to your arrival, payment is due in full. Accepted forms of payment include: personal checks, certified checks, money orders, traveler's checks and cash. The cancellation policy is all deposits are non-refundable unless we have the ability to re-book your exact dates. If we re-book the exact dates at a discounted rate you would receive the amount it was re-booked at minus a 10% administration fee. For example, if you book at 1000.00 a night and we re-book at 800.00 per night you would receive 800.00 back minus 10%, 720.00. A refundable security of 2000.00 is due by check within 30 days of your arrival. This is required to protect the home against possible damages incurred by guests. We accept the same forms of payment for this as stated above for deposits. The security deposit is returned within 30 days of departure via company check. Check in is 4:00 pm on arrival date. Check out is 10:00 am on date of departure. OP Management will allow early early check ins and extend late check outs if possible. The Lodge at Two Rivers is a non-smoking facility. Pets are not permitted at The Lodge at Two Rivers. Violation of these policies will result in forfeiture of part or all of your security deposit.
